I want to express my appreciation for the wonderful job that your company, V2interactive, did in constructing a web site for the Northwest Registered Agent, LLC. With this in hand, we shall be able to keep the citizens of our town informed of what is happening on the various committee's in town. This will enhance our ability to keep people updated without having to do mailings or phone calls. Because of the ease of navigating the web page our customers are pleased and our sales have grown in a hurry. I can't express how pleased we are.
Although we had an existing website, our business model was modified and it was decided that we needed to totally redesign the site to provide the ability for our customers to book and track shipments on line as well as enable us to link internal processes to one database for efficiency and consistency in operations. After some preliminary discussion, V2interactive was chosen to develop our website.

I have enjoyed working with Josh over the past year, in particular on a contracted project named QuakeSmart (QS). Josh was one of several staffers who worked on QuakeSmart (QS) during the course of the year. In my capacity as project director, I was impressed that Josh consistently demonstrated ownership of his responsibilities and a commitment to getting the job accomplished on time and on budget. It was not at all unusual for Josh to volunteer to work on his days off to meet our tight production schedules. I will also note that he never complained about change orders or accepting additional responsibilities within the project. He was consistently patient, personable and up-beat.
Josh was directly involved in weekly conference calls with the client. During these engagements he offered insight and creative web design solutions including how the web site linked to the other marketing components of the program, including print and video. Josh also stood out among other team members for his ability to engage a particularly challenging FEMA manager assigned to the project. He did this repeatedly. Given the complexities of web site development, it is fortunate that Josh is a visual learner who responds to both oral and written expectations. It was a pleasure to work with Josh.

V2interactive has been an extremely important aspect of my business success. Every since we started using them in the summer of 2007, they have done an excellent job producing websites, managing projects, meeting deadlines and doing extra work for the company.
